End of season player ratings.

My pal Trump is going to sort it all out.

The Berlin wall came down and the following year the was no more west germany football side it was just all one Germany. Well something like that init.

Lloris 7 A very mixed season from him. looked nervy in the bi un's.
Vorm 5 poor in the FA Cup semi. okay in the PL.
Trippier 6 Lacked consistency, struggles against the pacey forwards.
Aurier 6 Not as bad as some made out, but his worst is a long way from his best.
Vertonghen. 8 His best ever season.
Sanchez 6 Not as thrilled with him as some. He is too easily bullied and on occasions lets the ball bounce and makes mis judgements in critical situations.
Alderweireld 6 Great up until the injury, not so good after.
Dier 7 Often I don't notice him, which is a good thing, because you usually notice a player in his role when they are making mistakes.
Davies 6 Meh, too slow for me in attack and in running with opposition forwards.
Rose 7 i don't know that he has done that much wrong in the games he has played. Always needed a run of games.
Wangyama 5 Nowhere near where he was last season.
Demble 6 Father time and injuries seem to have caught up with him. He has always been a bit of a one trick pony with those turns to the left and opposition players seem to have found him out.
Sissoko 4 The Bronx cheer when he kept hold of the ball in a tight spot against Leicester said it all.
Ericksen 8 His best season so far. Much more consistent this time.
Dele 7 Nowhere near last years form, but still very good in spurts.
Son 7 Had a real challenge when Kane was out and rose to it.
Moura 7 Looked good whenever he came on.
Lamela 5 The last game apart, he was poor.
Lloriente 2 He scored one PL goal right? or was it two?
Kane 8 Another great year, but he was knackered at the end and had we more depth he would have/should have been rested more.

General observations?

Eriksen and Vertonghen clearly the outstanding performers. Kane not far behind.

Otherwise, superb return considering the 38 away games and the near strategic injury problems.

Seriously, we have finished 3rd with the weakest midfield in the top 6 (at least).

Amazing achievement, absolutely delighted.

And I think Poch is right, time to set our aims a little higher.

Eriksen 9 - one of the top midfielders right now
Alli 7 - not his better season overall, disappointed
Son 8 - super squad player
Lamela 7 - versatile player, much needed someone with his bite
Moura 7 - good debut, needs more game time
Llorente 4 - out of place in poch's system, questioned his fit from the very beginning
Kane 9 - one of the top strikers in the world

Agree with all of that, i think Eriksen could play for ANY team in the world he is that good, however i would give Jan the POS.
 
Can't be many 21 year old midfielders that would get 28 Goals/Assists in all comps (big games also, rested mostly in the FAC games) and get 7's and comments like disppointed etc. Also playing on a bigger pitch so couldn't quite get in the box as many times as he did last season.
