Very

Last season was one of the hardest watches quality (or lack of) I have known

I have no doubt that the lesser teams have got better, but the better teams are undoubtedly getting worse. I would also argue the bang for buck in terms of quality versus spend is really poor. Chelsea, United, Liverpool for example should be much much better given their spending, regardless

The PL is a dreadful watch

N ail on the head. I love the game and Spurs but

Seem to remember reading that Brighton target strikers who are good in all metrics except finishing. They will be undervalued and they have a belief that is the area of a forwards game that can be developed with expirience.

So the fact he is already an elite finisher is huge.
Yes. Think Nicholas Jackson with finishing.

He could be a 120-150mil player by the end of the season.

The quality of football across the board has dropped. There are fewer flair players around, less improvisation and more mechanised play. There is more focus now on g/an and subtle play play is much less appreciated than it was.
There is more mechanised play yes but the quality of players has improved significantly. I know a fair few coaches who have been I. The game a long while and they say that previously you had footballers and athletes. Now you have to be both a great footballer and a great athlete to succeed. Player ball mastery has improved significantly but tactics and counter patterns develop so quickly that the defensive side of the game tends to outperform the attacking side.
