Thought he might get a chance tonight so that our senior players could have a bit of a breather ahead of our difficult November schedule but after seeing how badly Richarlison performed again then Scarlett might be overdue some PL minutes; until Solanke finally is able to play again and Muani is fully match fit at least.
 
I think the lad has some potential. But it seems that Frank does not rate him so I hope we sell him in January so he can restart his career somewhere else.

I dont think he was meant to stay around during the summer, he just didnt get a move. He possibly fell between the Championship and League One stalls?

I think this is the bit that is most lost when we think about Dane Scarlett.

If you think about it more, his EL sub appearance against Elfsborg was an important part of our trophy winning season. He then disappeared from view until this last week.

Let's all hope the lad can now get right up to competitive match fitness.
 
I'd play Scarlett over Tel right now, but I still think Tel will be the better player long term.

I think he's been for sale for some time now but couldn't find anything. There's nothing he can really do now other than get his head down and try to work hard. The only reason we are talking about him is because he got on the bench due to injuries.

I do wonder what kind of offers (if any) he received in the summer though. He's had 3 pretty disappointing loans already so I doubt the EFL clubs are queuing up for him. Maybe he should try somewhere in Europe where he can start afresh and get some proper game time. I hope he has a decent career somewhere.
