Look at that. They pay Casemiro 350 grand a week.
Antony gets two hundred thousand pounds (7 times the UK ANNUAL salary) per week to essentially be terrible at football.
Harry Maguire clearly stays for one reason, or rather 190,000 of them each week.
Christian Eriksen, who respectfully is a veteran footballer with a known medical condition, is still earning 150k per week.
They pay mount and Shaw 400k to sit in the medical centre too.
What epic muppets.

The problem with this strategy is that you also have players like Kobbie Mainoo playing for peanuts in comparison.
How can Kobbie possibly be happy when a guy like Casemiro is on 10 times what he's earning?
Not for me. I'd rather have pay based on performance. If Casemiro gets injured he collects that money whatever happens. I'd pay them £50k a week and the rest would be related to winning games, trophies and tournaments.Yet over in the ENIC thread paying high salaries is the magic bullet…
It's a fudge up of epic proportions
- Amorim plays one way, and a blind donkey could have seen the squad doesn't fit that system
- If they were going to go for him, they needed to do so last summer and given him the money instead of the additional brick bought for ETH
- There is no fudging legs in that squad
- All this talk about full refresh of players, who the fudge is going to buy Rashford, Casimrio, Eriksen, Anthony, De Ligt, Hojlund, Maguire, Martinez, Dalot? the first 3 alone is 800K/week in wages
I don't see a way out of that hole for them ..
They managed to find an owner worse than the Glazers.Well done them.
Don't think anyone has claimed that. It's possible to pay higher salaries and get worse (as United are proving and we have proved with some of our highly paid duds) but it's very, very difficult to win trophies unless you pay salaries at the high end of the scale as evidenced by those teams who win the prizes - particularly the big ones.Yet over in the ENIC thread paying high salaries is the magic bullet…

Sancho is on £375k a week tooView attachment 18373

That's bananas.Sancho is on £375k a week too
They just extended Maguire's contract .. never fudging learn .. never learn United ..
I might be wrong here, but he's been there all the time, hasn't he? Maybe he's taken some leadership course now...They want some leadership, apparently that's what they are missing..
