I think Liverpools attack are being run in to the ground and will be blowing out their arses during the final quarter of the season
I think the same goes for the whole team, not just the attack.
I noted at half time yesterday that there was no way they could keep up the psycho-press for a full match, and so it proved.
As the second half went on their legs just went.
I can only imagine, with 2-3 games a week, that whole thing compounding.
There is no sense to their press, no system, its just full throttle which is unsustainable.
Also the complete lack of quality in midfield and defence will cost them. And that WILL effect their front line who have to carry the results.
Look at us against Utd, early goal, solid team shape, the longer it went on the more assured of a result we were.
Look at them, early goal, and IMO it was never a result that was secure from there on. Im still frustrated we didnt win because I believe we should have.
