fudgeing weird game like...But City were most definitely competing, up until the Bravo fudge up that is...
They were sloppy - Bravo is a liability - City threw that away.
Celtic game was good.

Neville Southall was a better ball player than that clownThey were sloppy - Bravo is a liability - City threw that away.

There is a tiny little difference between an away game vs a top German team, and a home games vs ludicrousistan from nobodyheardofistan. But yes, we need to start being more clinical.
I agree. City actually had some great chances and didn't take them. Barca did.
Stones is not that good, is he?
He certainly has been hyped up (rather unfairly maybe). They slaughtered him the coverage I was watching after the match.Well so far ( imo) he is just another who has been vastly overated by the fans and media.
Stones is no where near the finished article and needs a lot of work on his defending, he has been over hyped but he's exactly the type of centreback England need to progress, once he's got more experienced and tighter defensively. If England keep picking centrebacks who can just defend (I don't think we have any) we will continue to s l o w the game down, with our "from me to you, from you to me" possession game with the 5 yard pass to a midfielder who joins the pointless exercise. We must encourage all the players to move the ball and themselves forward.
Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.

The game has been corrupted by money starting with Sky and its followers.

But Sky have encouraged a generation of "football fans" who have never been to a match and only follow "winning teams", it annoys the **** out of me to hear the "experts" in the pub who've never been to a game or played at any level to crow when United or Liverpool win particularly living in LondonSky were late to the party, this was inevitable as soon as the game went professional.
FIFYWhat a clam.
Football is remarkably gifted at finding people like this to ruin the game.
