Moyes has budgetary restrictions like most manager, including the likes of Poch, yest many more maangers can get their attackers to flourish whilst generally he can't. He is absolutely the manager a striker wouldn't want to play for

Not moving the goalposts at all. I maintain Moyes is a horrible manager to play for if you're an attacker, especially a number 9.
I'm pretty sure his history in management will show this.
