I am having a nightmare here with my email, over the weekend something has knocked off my emails and it keeps asking for my password (its office365)

I enter the password then it asks for the Authenticator App, so downloaded, tried to use company details at set up and that also asks for a code from the authenticator app. Which means I have hit an impasse with it, because without the code for the app, I can't access the app and therefore I can't set up my email again because that also needs the app.............

I have it on Business, iits 365 setup, its absolutely trash though. The support is ridiculously bad

Sounds like your account needs the Authenticator setup resetting so you can add the app.

If you have admin access you can do this from 365 admin, if not, you will need the provider to do it for you.

Ahhh well thats sorted but now I am getting this on emails?

remote server returned '550 5.1.8 access denied, bad outbound sender as(42004)

Seemingly when I sent a batch of invites its blocked my account, surely there is an easy way to stop this being seen as a Spam account? ANy ideas?

Run the supertool here against your domain, it will tell you if that domain has been marked as sending spam.

If it has, you need to request removal from the specific spam list provider that has been triggered.
