The reason that Ange hasn't been sacked is simple: the Board got feedback that the Tottenham manager's job was no longer seen as desirable, given that managers of the calibre of Mourinho and Conte were judged to have failed and were fired. The Board are trying to do what they can to support the manager so that we aren't seen as a "hire them/fire them" club, and Ange is the beneficiary of this new policy. Not sure it will get him a 3rd season though!!
Fact or speculation?

You know what you are doing. I say entitled fans meaning the fans that expect too much and then you class me as entitled because i want the manager gone.
Yeah, i'm showing that you seem to be unfairly tarring a lot of people here with one brush.

But i'll give you a chance to be clearer: who exactly are the fans (here or elsewhere) who are "entitled"?

Does booing the team or manager help? Not at all.
But football is about emotion. It's why it makes so much money.
So yes if the team is doing far below expectations then they have to expect to be booed. It's part and parcel.
As long as it's a moments when the immediate game cannot be effected, eg at final whilstle

Chanting you don’t know what you’re doing at someone may or may not be personal, I happen to think it is. Calling someone a clam, as many have done in this thread, is most certainly personal and bang out of order regardless of how passionate we are.

He’s almost certainly gone in the summer, if not before, I wish we could all get behind him and the team regardless up to then, for the good of the club and the players if nothing else

So much sense in that. Well said.👏

As i said i don't think it helps and personally don't like it.
But i understand why it happens and know it will happen.
Just as if we, a player or manager does well he will be hero worshipped.

Many fans go ott in both directions. There isn't any middle ground or grey area for them. I don't like it, but any player/manager has to accept it as what it is. It won't change.

Apparently
And the only player who went to the fans to thank them was Porro
Oh wow!
I thought that was a typo for "my mates son".
That seems very out of character for Son. But if he did, he can fudge off too - so disrespectful.

And, most importantly (Son and Ange) - they were getting arrogant over an equaliser! It's not like they'd just turned it around and won 4-1!

An equaliser is not a "ssshhhh" moment. That's embarrassing.

Did son do it to our fans or chelsea?

Is he actually worse than Tactics Tim? I can't think of any manager in my 35+ years as a fan that has been this inept.
Sherwood was a good manager. Did very well at Spurs turning it around after the poor manager that came before him and introduced a few young players that Pochettino then made part of his first team.

Seriously just fudge off. Those subs were of a manger that hasn't got a clue what he's doing.
Taking off Bergvall was by miles our best player and leaving Madders on. Taking off Odobert who offered some threat for BJ and keeping Son on.
By the end it just looked like he was throwing players on and hoping.
Johnson set up what could easily have been an eqaliser for Son. That was the right sub to make IMO.

It is now

- As CEO you let people do their work (Munn)
- You have regular updates, those people need to explain the mitigations/reasoning for staying the course when data indicates otherwise
- You as CEO inevitably have to advise first, but eventually make the call.

In my experience at this type of decisioning making, Munn is in trouble as well, may not be the end of him but his creditability is significantly damaged at this point. I'm sure there was a conversation in December, pre Jan Window of stick or not, the stick position looks very bad now.
How on earth does a no-mark like Munn end up running football operations for THFC anyway? His jump to THFC was an even bigger jump than Ange's coming from the Scottish league.
