Mind boggling to think that despite everything Trump has done over the past 4 years he’s still received more votes than Obama did in 2008 America really is one messed up country!

Those totals will grow even higher. Washington state has so far reported 85% of its votes, New York 78%, and California only 66%.

That's pretty typical in total votes over time. There are more than 20m more Americans now than in 2008.

From my limited research it seems it was never ratified, it was an Obama executive order in the first place.

It was not possible to leave the agreement for the first three years and on that very date Trump signed an executive order to leave which came into effect a year later.

This is what I'm talking about when I say Obama didn't gain agreement well enough.

Until Trump, the number of EOs put forward by Obama were unheard of. The obvious weakness being that they only hold value as long as that president holds office.
