A lesson for Harry from "Goliath"

I think top players who win trophies are remembers more than top players who don't though - probably more because they played at bigger clubs with more coverage as well.

Kane will always be remembered by Spurs fans and if he gets the PL record by many more from other clubs and if he won the PL by firing a team to the title would cement his status even more. I'm sure he'd get personal satisfaction winning with Bayern but doubt many people in the UK care much about it. I couldn't even tell you what channel the Bundesliga is on - guessing TNT. Can't say I've watched more then 2/3 games in the last few seasons and I watch a lot of football.

He is a club icon
He was a football icon but the game, as people do, has moved on

with no reference point it’s hard to judge how good he was

I do know the statue of him is on the corner of their ground

It’s on sky sports currently
It’s an entertaining league apart from Bayern
They play great football with the most expensive line up and win the title
The prem is rapidly going that way too

Are you saying you'd never heard of dixie dean before last season? I certainly had. He's a name like nat lofthouse that comes up now and again.
