2014-15 POST Season Matches

lovely break there - Lamela to Townsend to Yedlin who put a nice ball across the box and Eriksen should have done better with the shot from the clearance

wow .. Yedlin just turned on the pace ..

Eriksen should have done his usual pass into net instead of banging it over ...

Typical Lamela...

Almost scores from a Rabona on the edge of the box

Then short changes Eriksen with a poor pass when we had a promising counter attack in progress

It's been a decent match so far. Typical Spurs with a dodgy pass across the back and almost giving away a goal. Plenty of half chances but we haven't carved them open yet.

Kane 1-0

break with Townsend taking it out, a lovely ball from Eriksen to Lamela who played in Kane on the outside

Lamela's work ethic is great to watch. He's happy dropping into the DM positions when Mason and Dembele chase out and has been helping Yedlin out well too. Yedlin has had a few dodgy moments but his interplay in the last 15 minutes down the right has been exactly what we want from our fullbacks, his combinations with Lamela and Eriksen have really impressed and bar the loose pass I think he's had a decent half.

how does this compare with the Malaysia game?

More open game, seems Sydney is a better team

Scoreline should be 3-0, big misses from both Eriksen & Kane

Pace a little bit more on show with Townsend, Yedlin, +Eriksen, Lamela moving the ball

Playing some lovely stuff, and the movement is something to behold, OUR WINGERS HAVE EVEN SWITCHED SIDES!!! It's only Sydney i know but if we can hone this play further in preseason we could have some fun next year.
