Who is the most hated former player that’s not Judus?

Sergei Rebrov
Asked this to my mate at the pub today and we could not really come up with one.

Aside from Sol Campbell, who is the most universally hated former Spurs player?

Don't think I hate any of them but Cundy is the biggest clam out there to me.

Redknapp junior is just a waste of oxygen. tries to sound knowledgeable but is shown up, despite the low bar, by the likes of Carragher.

Yeah, Cundy and Sherwood are way up there. Toxic people.

Agree about Redknapp and Robinson as well.

I guess the missing one would be Jamie O'Hara. He's one entitled prick. He talks as if he was world class. Danny Murphy is always on my list for the same reason. He has such a condescending tone and talks as if he was as good as Zidane.

I'm not really a Hojbjerg fan. Struts around the place as if he's an elite footballer. He really isn't.

Commentators will always annoy people with strong opinions. I don’t mind the likes of Robinson at all, poor sod is just earning a crust filling dead air.

Hate is a strong word, but I still disapprove strongly of Jonathan Woodgate. And I think it’s notable that the general schadenfreude at seeing Carrick’s club lose to Hull is exacerbated rather than alleviated by his history for us and defection after two seasons.

Cundy is right up there for me. When a player has played for a club I feel that they ought to at least hold some level of respect for the club. Like yes I wasn’t a footballer but I don’t run around bad mouthing my former employers, but Cundy seems to revel in it.

I don't like Cundy, but equally I really don't consider him important in terms of Spurs, plus he is clearly paid to antagonise which he does and earns well doing it.

Redknapp has an axe to grind, considering we paid him a fortune at the end of his career, he can fcuk right off

Hated? I don’t know about that, but Tim Sherwood seems to be the most ridiculed. I don’t consume enough punditry to really hate on anyone else. Oh! Darren Bent doesn’t like us, does he?

I was having a similar discussion with my son the other day but rather had there ever been players that we really disliked while they were still playing for the club. I came to the conclusion that simply pulling on the white shirt is almost always enough for me to like a player and want the best for them. Wasn't ever over fond of Romero but otherwise I can't think of anyone that I seriously disliked while they were playing for us.

As for former players, not something I had thought about but like others I don't like Redknapp, Sherwood, O'Hara, Cundy. Can't immediately think of any others.

Not a former player but Alan Smith gets on my nerves, seems to nearly always be co-commentator on our games.

This will be an unpopular pick but I never liked Robbie Keane.
Always got the impression he thought he was bigger than us and it was all about him.
