Sadly it looks like its only another loan. A £8m option, but Fiorentina will likely struggle to pay that if they go down (they are currently bottom)

Little bit of karma here me thinks. We decided to take advantage of an ugly situation in Ukraine caused by FIFA's ruling on player registrations and get him for nothing. We obviously thought we could chuck Shaktar a couple of quid for that pre-season game and then sell him for profit in the future. Add in the controversial pro Israel stance from the player online and we're stuck holding the baby as his contract is until 2028.
