OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Big call to drop Vicario. But then I suppose our predicament dictates big calls right now
For sure would be a huge call if Tudor goes for that. Could see the reasoning behind it if he does, but none the less not an obvious thing to do.

Feels like a massive game. I definitely won't give up on hope until there's no hope left and this won't be the game that ends all hope if we do lose it. But as you say this predicament is massive. And 3 losses on the trot after having done done the caretaker switch would be a real terrible situation to be in.

Puts a lot of pressure on Kinsky if true. Of course he’s here to play when needed, I just hope he’s not too rusty and our defenders are comfortable with him behind them.

If Vicario's confidence is shot (between our fans, the fact that he wants to go back to Serie A and the PL official accoung mocking him, it's not impossible), anybody's a better choice and maybe it will be jolt the rest of them need. It looks like a desperate move and if we lose, it could backfire but we are a bit desperate at the moment anyway.

If he’s impacted by that to the extent that he’s not deemed fit to play then I feel very sorry for him. Also the club should raise a stink about it in the strongest possible terms.

I've read about it and it seems the club did make an official complaint I think. It's absolutely outrageous if you want my opinion, and a very poor move considering some of the... inconsistent refereeing decisions this season. As for Vicario, I'd say it's always the last straw that breaks the camel's back. Regardless of what you think of him as a keeper, his performances have been below par for quite some time (although I think Frankball wasn't suited to his strength anyway). Maybe it's weighing on him.

I remember reading a paper about Thomas (?) Myhre (Norwegian keeper playing for Everton) saying how miserable his life was in England. You never know what goes on in a player's life, once they're off the pitch. I'm not saying dropping is the right thing to do; just that there might be a reasoning behind it.

Kinsky looks pretty decent with his feet most of the time so I can understand it if we want to keep the ball moving better.

Solanke was in an odd position against Fulham so if he’s dropped off that performance then that feels a strange one. Personally I feel Solanke and Richy are probably our two best bets in terms of being battlers who can get goals.

Am just coming in to Tottenham Hale if anyone is around for a pint. I need some positivity. Otherwise, I’m drowning my fears at the bottom of a pint of Neck Oil.

You’re seeing something I’m not Steff. I hope you’re right.
Of all the things he does, being a CF or wide man are not his best attributes IMO. IF he plays, I think he is always better in the half-space right in there around Xavi and off Solanke. Of course, truth be told, he hasn't exactly been good at anything much!!!

I’m heading up now pal and will happily meet for a pint, if you’re still about? I usually stop for one at the High Cross before heading up. Should be there around 6.30pm. Let me know if that works…
