*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham FC ***

I said it on here. And I said it at work.

West Ham must have been counting the days until they played us and could register another win. They laughed at work when I said Dr Tottenham would sort West Ham this weekend.
Deep down if we're honest I bet 50% of people had a feeling we would lose today

What did Frank say in midweek? We're going to make WHL a fortress, starting on Saturday...f@ck off mate, dont make me laugh

I have thought about it, but looked at the fixtures (especilly today and next week) and then said, no we wont go down, we will get enough points to be safe.
Not after this, that 2nd West Ham goal makes a massive difference.

I honestly believe as it stands we are now in big trouble, the 10-pt gap may say I am worrying unnecessarily, then look at the remaining 16 League games.
How many of those can we say we are going to win (with the current set up)

We could have Arsenal winning a couple of trophies and Chelsea sending us down on May 16th at this rate

Things need to change, sooner than later

Came on to say the same.

Maybe the new manager will get a chance to have Kulu, Madders, Solanke and Kudus on the pitch at the same time.

Even Pep would struggle with this lot.
Not this season he won’t, and if any manager is relying on Madders and Kulu being available this season to be able to muster up a half decent performance then they are deluded. We’ve know both are out long term for a long while.

Does Alonso have gambling debts or something? What makes you think money is everything to him?

And even if someone is money driven the negative effect on their brand could be counterproductive. If you think we're an easy to manage side now without a senior attack, you're more naive than I thought!
Hold up…. I’m the naive one when you’ve been the biggest ‘Frank In’ person on this forum 😂😂😂😂

Going down would be a huge problem for us. Not having European football is bad enough, not being in the PL would be catastrophic. We need to preserve our status in the league at all costs.

And there is no guarantee that you come straight back up. Plenty havent, some falling further down the ladder

I remember us playing at The Reebok, when we finally won there with Rafa and Adebayor in the team, singing 'We'll never play you again' ---So far since, we havent

Well we are definitely going about it the wrong way.
If we go down...dont see us coming back up. Upside is....maybe Enic go and cut their losses?? Unlikely

I really don't know what the answer is to our situation right now. Who would we get to replace Frank? Should we sack him and do what Man U have done? Appoint a caretaker until the end of the season and hope we pick up someone after the World Cup? Its obvious Man U have their eye on Tuchel or maybe Glasner. But who would want to take over our current squad and think they can turn things around without having 3 to 5 transfer windows at least. How long has it taken Arteta to get Arsenal into a position to be real challengers bearing in mind they have not won anything yet?

It’s not about looking tired, it’s about distance covered over the week, vo2 max, previous stresses.

You can be in a red zone without knowing it, you have to go on the data.
By that logic the safest way to avoid being subbed would be to not run at all…

You clearly struggling to follow any thread today. You said we could get Alonso, when presented with reality, you resort to some nonsense diversion. Alright then, mate.

I hope we can get Alonso. But it won't just be the money. He needs to want to come and think he can turn us around.

No it isn't. He can't continue is what it says. Tantamount to he has to be sacked. Honestly worried about your comprehension today!

I can see you are desperately desperately trying to create a straw man to have an arguement with much like our pal Sefff :tearsofjoy: If it makes you feel good...
So, yes or no answer, do you (finally) want him sacked?

Not sure really. United for me have more quality in their squad. So easier to get a tune out of.

Mason will be here by Monday 🤣
