*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Brentford FC ***

We were okay, but they were brick. Brentford are the worst side I have watched so far this year.
After Copenhagen they were the worst I've seen this season. You can only beat what's in front of you though, and can still give credit for the intent and performance.

However this is exactly why I'm not going to go overboard about this one, as in the majority of games we will not be afforded the luxuries we were yesterday. Encouraging nonetheless....

Vey good yesterday, we need to appreciate that what works against Brentford won't work against everyone though.

What I love about Frank is that he will change what we do based on the opposition, thats proper management.

I hope we moan to the authorities about that ref though, Thiago committed assault on VDV and we didn't even get a FK, let alone a booking.

Thiago just steamrollered into him from the side, no attempt to play the ball, just to flatten him. If I'd have been reffing it I'd have given a straight red, it was absolutely disgusting.
Never a red, he barged him over with his shoulder, but a yellow all day long.

They have been impressive under him. That doesn't change because of one bad performance. Many had them as relegation certainties, they're 14th on 19 points.
I’ve not seen anyone say anything about them on here
I have seen people say their fans are happy with him as a manager though

Credit Keith Andrews. They’re obviously a very well run club but no one gave him a chance at the start of the season. No experience, losing some of his better players and stepping into mightily big shoes. He’s doing very, very well.

We should've gone for him, the real brains behind Brentford all along

Found two in about 10 seconds. Life's too short, but there were others. Can't be arsed looking.

Anyway, a couple of posts above you were saying there weren't any... :):tearsofjoy:
To be fair, that @DubSpur quote was 100% sarcasm :D

But Andrews has done a good job so far in what could have been very difficult circumstances, just how good a manager he is time will tell - but because they are such a well run club it has gone relatively smoothly. And hopefully there are signs that Frank is settling in here and has us in and around where we want to be. So everyone is a winner :)....
