He stopped taking them for a while, but it didn't make much difference. We know Son has it in him, but thus far he hasn't replicated his international success on fks with us.

Son regularly puts them away for South Korea, Kulusevski has done it several times for Sweden, Pericic has a decent record.... How many has Kane scored in what must be close to 100 attempts?

From what I’ve seen albeit a small sample size, Eric Dier is our best direct free kick taker….

Getting 1 chance to take a FK of every 50 or so doesn't count. You need to take them regularly to have any success. No one puts them in the top corner every time. We have at least 3 players with a massively better record than Kane.

We know his record is poor but you made out like no one else gets a look in which isn't true of late.
 
Walker absolutely class still for City, many predicted he wouldn't be bright / tactically astute enough for Pep's style of football but he has crushed it, and also turned out to be a real leader for them too, makes the fee look like something of a bargain for them in hindsight.

Chelsea look gloriously useless which is nice to see but as Potter has always seemed nice a nice bloke it almost (only almost) lessens the shaudenfraude value...
