Victimpool FC - Klopp leaving, grown men crying

Apparently the charity have refused the donation made by Davies because it's clear he doesn't understand the importance of not playing on the anniversary.

It's fudging embarassing. Says a lot about a charity if it can turn down a grand donations.

I liked his comment about Spurs: Gunners fanatic Davies then turned his fire on arch rivals Spurs by saying: 'What vermin run that club. They always have. Absolute vermin. Scum of the earth.'

Oh now he's issued a grovelling apology.

Davies has now repented for his sins, making a public apology for his comments and offering to make a donation to the Hillsborough Justice Campaign – the modern equivalent of doing penance. He shouldn’t have apologised. We need more upfront, unapologetic criticism of the backward modern idea that there is a correct way to feel, a correct way to grieve, and even a correct way to think.

What he says about Spurs is what proper banter is all about, none of this supporting racism and supporting it with your full club and then letting in fans through the door with racial info on their shirts. I dont mind it one bit, after all he does support a club that is full of cheating scum and that has went on for decades.

Apparently there'll be a minute's silence at BOTH semi-finals this weekend. Liverpool-Everton, OK, I get it. Spurs-Chelsea? Huh?

Not saying don't do it, just don't get why.

(Waits for Liverpool fans to say that he's a despicable little man who doesn't understand.....)

Asking for a minutes silence at Spurs - Chelsea is just asking for trouble.

Chelsea hate them more than they hate us, and we hate Liverpool because of the Suarez thing + KKK being a c*nt.

It'll be a full blown booing scandal at Wemberley, if the FA don't wake the fudge up and call it off.

That's a very good point.

Gotta agree, the "vermin" comment comment doesn't bother me at all, I've called his mob far worse.

Absolutely, if I was having a rant on the radio about football, I'd try my very best to sledge the scum at some point, that's proper fan rivalry. I like Alan Davies, I'd like him a lot more if it had been Arsenal that had been pants for the last two decades instead of us, but thems the breaks.

Everything he says about Hillsborough is correct, no point apologising for airing a sensible view.

This is a touching picture, there are so many Liverpool "fans" in Asia, I can't figure out if this is mourning for Kim Jong Il or a warming rendition of "You'll Never Walk Arone"

Probably planned by Liverpool so that the negative vibes will be taken off them and transferred to us and Chelsea because we didn't dare to respect something that has no significance to us and happened 23 years ago.

It's effectively guilt-pushing.

A deft marketing exercise to keep promoting Liverpools brand as the underdogs, which come very handy

It's like an event asking for a crow to jump against wifebeating (as an example). When everyone around start jumping like departed kangaroos, you're a bloody wifebeater if you stand still doing nothing, right ?

If we don't do the silence, we're c*nts, Spurs and Chelsea alike. If we kindly ask the FA not to, then we're c*nts. If the FA tells Liverpool it's a bad idea, the FA are c*nts. Nobody dares tell Liverpool to stop pushing their syndrome onto other completely uninvolved parties.

His later Twitter post is quite funny:

Going out later, got a disguise!

THis is posted on RAWK from someone commenting on a Telegraph Poll:

The Tsunami, Good idea or what?
New Orleans, did they get what they deserved?
The Holocaust, was it their own fault?

I appologise to anyone who I have offended by that comment. I also thought long and hard before posting it. In the end, I decided it was right because that's what this amounts to. What next a poll on Hitler being misjudged?
I really am sorry if that comes across as being over the top, but, to my mind, that's what this amounts to. Shame on Alan Davies. I'm sorry, but the appologies, by him and every one else on his behalf, just don't wash. The man let out his true feelings. The people supporting him should hang their head in shame and so should The Telegraph. Stop and think for a moment, what people are voting on. I honestly don't think it's possible to stoop much lower.
