Seen the news today and as someone who does more then his fair share of driving, infact to much driving.

Can i say i do not care whose idea it was but to finely clamp down on the utter C U N T S who hog the middle lane on the motorway well bloody done.=D>

Also on this same theme i wish to nominate the awful A27 as the worst road in Britain, and i think i have driven most of them, especailly in the south east.

Not sure about the worst, but I have a strange affection for the M27. It symbolises to me the leaving of Dorset (home) and the motorway starts, or nearing home on trips back from East. You can drop off the M27 straight onto some lovely drives (bike rides) across the New Forest. Might not be much to speak of itself, but I like the travel on it.

Seconded for the worst road.

Spent 18 months queuing on it when they resurfaced only for them to forget the camber. It now crawls every time there's a spot of rain.

Full of school run mums crawling in the outside lane too. If there was ever a need for a toll road alternative, that road is it.

This reminds me...anyone who feels paying to use the M6 toll road is a liberty needs their head examined. Even at twice the price it would be worth it to avoid B********m. One of the greatest feats of modern engineering and civilization, not to mention the perfect marriage of both.

I always pay the cash its brilliant the road is practically empty, well worth it

The amount of times i get blocked at lancing then worthing then arundel where i have to sit and look at a half built road and then outside chichester, fudges me right off.

Couldn't agree more, I honestly believe they are the main reason why motorways run so slowly at busy times as everyone is in the fast lane just to get past some idiot who can't get over making it a single carriage way.

Another pet hate of mine is people that take up two parking spaces for no reason, or park outside of the designated spaces because they can't be arsed to walk from the available spaces that are further away.

I really hate driving in Birmingham, it's horrible.

I've never known a place where so many people are in no hurry at all to get anywhere. And don't get me started on using the outside lane of dual carriageways as a default when there's nothing else on the road.
