Signed up for a membership on the official site and purchased a ticket, but no ticket seems to exist? How the heck do you get your tickets? Do tickets exist? Is this some of scam?
 
You should get an email saying from the club saying that you’ve purchased a ticket and you should then be able to add the ticket the wallet on your phone. Which game is the ticket for? If it’s down the line a few weeks then the ticket probably hasn’t been released yet.

If you’ve just got the membership maybe it’s taking a bit of additional time to process…?

If you go to the box office (north west corner of the ground), they'll often sort out online tickets not having worked and will give you a paper one to get in with instead
 
You will be fine if you have bought through the club. Not sure how it works for Members compared to ST holders but you will get an e ticket to download to your iPhone or google
Wallet in due course.
