Has anyone been to Windsor Castle?

Is Windsor as hard a town to park in as I have been lead to believe.

Where you coming from mate? Might be easier to get train - castle is only a short walk from the station.

I went at Easter a few years ago and parked quite easily in a P&D at the bottom of the hill by the river. It don't think it was cheap, but was less than 5 mins walk

I always parked for free, and wandered up the hill in a mob. Local police very helpful, I found.

I am coming from Bramber which is on the south coast inbetween Brighton and Worthing. Will get the wife to drive, I am on some pretty strong meds at the moment so am not going to be driving anywhere for a few weeks,

Never been to Windsor before fancy a mooch round the castle but what is the town like is the anywhere you ladies recommend to get something to eat?

All the food places are a bit over-priced Chich I'm afraid. Viceroy of India is the best Indian in town (in my opinion)

If you are on meds go to Legoland. Don't eat the lego though.
