Fabio Paratici - Consultant

So what does the suspension actually mean? That he can't work for football clubs in Italy?
If he's employed in the UK, does it mean he can't interact with an Italian club (how would that even work?) or can't be officially involved in transfer negotiations?

I think Levy either has to let him go now, or suspend him pending the appeal. I don't see how he can keep someone found guilty of fraud actively working for the club.

Barcelona and Madrid were in on it
Other clubs were too
It’s the little black book with all the info in it that’s key
Basically anyone that sold to them
They can’t ban Juve or him without others being affected

It may well take two to tango, but so far the Italian FA have only gone after Juve. And they don't have any jurisdiction over Barca, Madrid or any others.
Right now it doesn't matter who else may or may not have been involved, it's our DoF found guilty of fraud and facing a not-insignificant ban - all pending appeal of course.
So does Levy
a) keep things as they are until after the appeal (which could take some time);
b) keep Paratici onboard but stepped down from active involvement in transfers until the appeal is over; or
c) part ways now with Paratici.

The Italian Fa make it a bigger issue then UEFA have to bring in the other clubs

Keep things as they are and start lining up a replacement in case its needed.

We should never have had anything to do with Italian football.

An ill wind.

We deserve what happens next.

Real shame if this means we have to change our DoF. Like his work so far and seems like he's been working on improving several areas of how the club is being run.

Would be a challenge to change now I think.

At least with things moving slowly we should get through this window with him anyway. Hopefully the plans are well enough in place that this distraction won't stop him/us from making deals happen.

So why (court case aside) is our DOF so inactive in the market?
Is it because they know Conte is leaving so won't buy players which the new manager won't want?
Or are some mysterious signings about to happen?
