I'm not in law in anyway but this seems like a really stupid move on his part. I'd assume that the legal agreement is quite similar to any item of licensing that any company has, say to Adobe, or Microsoft etc. They can't interfere in the sales process of you/me/some other buggers business that uses one of these licenses, they can cancel the licence at the end of the agreement and thats it. Adobe doesn't own your edited photos and twitter doesn't own your tweets. If musk wins this he's probably in for a world of hurt for any Pedro crap, slander, securities fraud, death threats etc as if they are posted by twitter because well they own it...
Other than trying to look like a hero to maga, it's got no good upside to him as Infowars is a TM so he can't even give that account name to anyone because the moment he does and someone posts he'll be liable for conspiracy to defraud and possibly other charges depending on whats posted.
GHod I hope some corrupt Texas judge grants this boon for him
