Some of you may have seen my posts in the Morgan Gibbs White thread relating to whether Forest could actually take legal action against Spurs and MGW if all parties tried to force a move for him. I argued that in fact, it was a legal argument they could not win and if anything the FIFA/UEFA/FA "tapping up" and transfer certificate system are illegal under "real" law. Well class action legal proceedings have begun on Monday in the biggest legal challenge to the transfer system yet:
