A section of Celtic supporters have been admonished by their club for failing to maintain proper levels of hygeine.
A number of Celtic season ticket holders have reportedly received a letter from the club's supporter's liaison officer, according to an article in the Daily Record.
The letter, from Celtic employee, John Paul Taylor, says that poor levels of personal hygeine at Celtic Park are 'impacting on the experience' of watching games at the Glasgow ground.
Celtic have so far denied to confirm the exact wording of the letter, but John Paul Taylor confirmed the confirmed the existence of the document by Twitter, before deleting the tweet.
Taylor, who is a dedicated point of contact for fans of Celtic, wrote on Twitter: "I can exclusively reveal its genuine, dispatched at the request of incumbents within the locale."
The Bhoys have hosted five SPL games so far this season, but have failed to draw capacity crowds for any of the fixtures so far.
It cannot be confirmed whether the smell of attending fans is the reason behind the ailing numbers.
