I know all about Oyston, I've met his odious father, but there are far too many scums of the earth hiding on the internet spouting crap without any redress and the sooner they get their arses kicked the better.

I agree that there are too many internet trolls out there spouting their crap with far too little consequences. But it seems to me there are other, more pressing cases to address, rather than petty football club owners taking fans of their club to court. Especially this particular club owner.
