    Ange in or out?

I think we're back to a committee consensus thing. Even if final say means last person to contribute a go/no go decision

    Ange in or out?

we started 24/25 season with a fully fit team and could not replicate the same form as the season before. proper pre season too, in which we looked awful. two seasons of extensive injuries across the team and the stats clearly showing that players are extensively used (distance covered and no...

    Transfer thread

we need to sell plenty in order to buy quality. and it also depends on the style of football we play - e.g. johnson for instance hasn't been played to his strengths. agree on quality but maybe more improvements needed in other areas too for quality depth

    Ange in or out?

its going to be fun to see everyone's expectations of ange next season if he's still around. going up to 10th would be a huge improvement already but it won't be easy, 5th seems like a pipe dream with angeball defending and risk of injuries no europa so we will meet the top teams in the EPL...

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

inzaghi is very suitable, the players will fit him well and he will create lots of triangles and polygons in the middle so we have to recruit another top midfielder to make it work. 3 CBs would also suit our CBs who are good on the ball

    Ange in or out?

looking at the past is good but anticipating the future is where I am at. we're different in that way I guess. if our form in the europa league is so good then why can't we replicated it in the premier league? you wish for ange to stay may come true - levy or venkat might take the risk...

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

i think management talks about it all the time they meet, even at the annual christmas party. the key is vinai, the new ceo. he is obviously very well connected and probably has a few names on his list already. that said he hired then inexperienced arteta and persisted with him despite winning...

    Ange in or out?

my view is that a club our size and history is supposed to be in europe year in year out. well at the end of NEXT season how do you suppose we qualify for CL with ange ? FYI This seasons relegated teams were very poor and exited very early in the competition. - Leicester accumulated only 25...

    Ange in or out?

so now we have champions league, a new CEO and the same one that set up Arsenal, a squad with very good players and some missing gaps, more focus and investment on the medical side of things, pressure off from the trophy side but on for league performance from a club that is just above...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

the disruptions continued mid of this season because of the poor results and persistent injuries and it culminated in the hiring of venai venkat as CEO. the big question is can Ange get us top 4/5 next season - or win something to take us to CL the following year, Venai has some tough...
