Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

I am much more worried about Fulham at home next week. For the big games against City and Roma I think we'll see the necessary effort levels.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

We'd struggle to sell those seats without lowering prices. I've spent a couple of seasons high up in the east stand and you can't tell who's who on the pitch. Sitting even further back? Definitely not worth it.

    Remastered brand identity - apparently

The important thing is that a lot of people in marketing and design got handsomely paid.

    Rodrigo Bentancur

He was technically a Tottenham player at the time as he hadn't reported for international duty yet.

    Wilson Odobert

Better to get it done now than wait and see for years like we did with him.

    Cristian Romero

This will be Eriksen all over again. We'll keep playing him while his contract runs down in the hope he'll change his mind and his performances gets worse and worse. Sometimes it's just better to sell your perceived best players and move forward.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Apparently Jack Pitt Brooke talked about the lack of consistency from our best players on a recent pod (I can't be arsed to listen to anything about that game) and how they are very aware of it within the club.

    Cristian Romero

I'm not turning on Romero now. I've been unconvinced since day one and I'm not seeing anything to make me a believer. His age and contract situation means now is the time to make a decision (same goes for Bissouma). There's no best to get back to, this is as good as it's going to get from both.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

I'd keep VDV for his pace and look for someone to play next to him that can lead that line.

We won't be adding any, but hopefully we're considering upgrades.

BIG DECISIONS RE: PLAYERS - SOME SPECULATIVE FUN

I want them gone because there is no fight. The lack of leadership from both is appalling.

That makes as much sense as bringing back De Rossi, which I heard suggested somewhere.

BIG DECISIONS RE: PLAYERS - SOME SPECULATIVE FUN

The lack of consistency is why I'd sell Romero and Bissouma. I doesn't matter if you're world class on your day when you switch off as often as they do.

    American politics

Just resigned from Congress to stop the investigation into him having sex with underage girls. He's not going to say no when Trump starts asking him to interfere.

    Daniel Levy - Chairman

I think those that have made up their mind about Levy being the problem will look to link everything that goes wrong to him until the day he leaves and probably after as well. As for Munn and Lange, we can't really judge them for a few seasons yet. We need to properly rebuild the squad now...

    Daniel Levy - Chairman

It's also fairly obvious he didn't want to leave Chelsea and certainly not to go to us.

BIG DECISIONS RE: PLAYERS - SOME SPECULATIVE FUN

Upgrade on Romero and Bissouma would be my priority for the summer. This is as good as they're going to get and it's not good enough. If we can get any money for them we should take it now. They should most definitely not be given new, lucrative deals. Maddison is probably the one we'd have no...

The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

Arteta seems to have changed tactics to grinding out 1-0 wins this season, which they aren't good enough to do. They've gotten worse at everything. Don't know if he thinks they can do a City type run after Xmas.
