Naughty Emirates Marketing Project - Spot of Compo??

After dealing with City they should finally move onto dealing with the scum who bribed their way into the top division at our expense, get their trophies taken away along with some compensation for all the teams effected by those clams brickhousery over the last century.

    Sandro Tonali Official

Tonali is a brilliant player who wouldn’t look out of place at any of Europe’s top clubs, part of the current narrative around him is the misconception of what he actually is, and to a similar degree Fernandes, these misconceptions have been exacerbated by the way RDZ has used them. The fan base...

    Richarlison

I think Marmoush is the #9, when you look at the way De Zerbi ideally wants to play he is perfectly suited to it, the problem is it’s no longer 2022 and the game has moved on.

The fitness debate makes me question what would have happened last season without Tudor, who done all the hard graft to get the squad’s fitness levels up.

The way we are playing Savio, Fernandes and Tonali is £260m down the drain, playing them correctly will instantly improve things.

    Jan Paul van Hecke

Someone said it in the match thread but effectively swapping him for Vuskovic may well go down as the worst piece of transfer business in history

I hope Poch negotiated a reasonable release clause in his new US contract.

I know Robertson was offside but you can already see that Savio offers much more on the left in just a couple of minutes.

The change has made us worse, I’m convinced RDZ has a sick fetish for square pegs in round holes.

The midfield has looked more balanced in a 433, Tonali finally allowed the be the box to box carrier he is, Fernandes still looks slightly uncomfortable as a 8, he is so clearly a 6. Changes I’d make for the 2nd half are Kudus for Solanke and switch Savio to the left, and then get Maddison on...

I suppose the debate around Gray is what his best position is, when it comes to men’s senior football, he has barely played in midfield. He was the right back in his one season at Leeds, and for us has been played at RB, CB, LB and in various CM roles. It really is time for the sake of his own...

My primary concern with playing Marmoush as a 10 is that in practice it plays out as 442.

My only concern with that team is Marmoush as a 10, I’m not exactly sure it suits him, I won’t pretend to having watched much of him in Germany so I just had a quick look on FotMob and picked out a handful of random matches from his last season there, every match had Frankfurt lining up the same...

It’s the same issue I was raising around Tonali after the weekend, he is dropping deep to compensate for Bentancur. Once Fernandes came on, it released his average position 10 yards further up the pitch. Bergvall for me has a similar profile to Tonali, they are both box to box ball carriers, but...
