    I see the u21s lost to Jong Ajax 5-1 in the premier league international cup. One of the scorers for Ajax was Damian Van Der Vaart who I believe is a son of the Rafael Van Der Vaart.

    Yeah the feet by Byfield for his goal I thought was great. The few times I’ve seen him play I’ve been impressed. Always seems to have so much time which as a defender is a great thing. Don’t really feel the U18s challenges him.

    U18s 1-1 with Leicester. Catching the game on Spurs play. Luca Williams-Barnett with the equaliser, picked the ball up just inside our half drove forward and then unleashed a lob 10 yards into the half having spotted the keeper off the line!

    Not in any of the England age group teams so must be more than just under the weather. Although a few weeks rest and probably more chance for gym work probably wouldn’t be a bad thing.

    Will be interesting to see Lankshear play from the start with better quality outwide than he had last time. With Madison behind as well as long as we can get a good hold on the game we should be able to create something for him.

    Anyone know if the Sky lounge, just below the roof at the north end is some way in use now? I sat in the North Upper for the NFL games and I’m sure I noticed a few people walking along the walkway to it from the East stand side. Just wondered if anyone had heard/seen anything.

    England U17s had their 2nd game today this time against Latvia. Byfield and Williams-Barnett started. Byfield got subbed on 61 and Williams-Barnett played the 90 and got a goal in the 4-0 win. Hardy unused sub. Next up Sweden on Wednesday.
