Just heard him on the bbc. Pretty clear what he meant. And he wasn’t wrong. And it’s not the first time.

Taking him off was the right choice.

Superb performance. And while he was excellent, subbing him off to keep him fresher for midweek was smart by Ange.

The handball for the goal was borderline. But warning joelinton about fouls and not carding him for catching bergvall in the head was wrong. As was not giving Burn his second yellow for the handball.

RegularLoan played solidly against Poocastle, and I loved the bit where he geed up the crowd.

We frequently have to play against the officials too. Dan Burn also gets away with a clear yellow card hand ball which would have sent him off.

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Wolves ** 29 December 2024.

Part of the critique of the rotation was to do with how many he changed for those games while not rotating more in the league. Thusly the ‘fringe’ players didn’t get minutes in a more first team set up, and the nailed on starters played too many league minutes.

    Ange departs

Annoyingly, we all have to suffer through many more weeks of frustrating games and results. For all the reasons out there we still have TONS of injuries (and Moore’s illness) and silly suspensions. To expect a significant change in how we perform for the short/medium term is unrealistic. Which...

Fantastic that we have them for a compliant squad. Shame they will only get a game if there is no alternative.

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Wolves ** 29 December 2024.

While we didn’t do the biz today, the ref was awful. He let so much go, especially from Wolves and should have had a free kick for the block on whoever it was who was closing down Huang when he scored.

Levy needs to install ice cold plunges at the side of the pitch for the players to use. And steam rooms too. But he won’t.
