    I’m just saying it would be a UEFA decision on whether they would be banned from the Champs Legaue rather than a Premier League one. UEFA did go after City for and they got off on a technicality due to a statute of limitations in UEFAs rules.

    They are above Everton if the titles from 2018 onwards still count. If they are removed they would fall to 9th. 5 of Everton’s league titles were won prior to WW2 so they count less.
