7 behind Ipswich. 6 behind Hull. Worrying.

The infuriating thing is that he’s been forcing him into the 10 as he had Bentancur and Tonali and now no Bentancur and leaves Fernandes out. Can only be fitness….I hope.

I want to say I’m surprised but there is so little elite strategic leadership being shown by the club that nothing is surprising me now.

Sessegnon goal. Lankshear goal. It’s like one big fever dream.

Dubravka Porro Van de ven Tosin Robertson Bentancur Fernandes Maddison Tel Marmoush Kulusevski I’d favour this team to beat the team we have picked.

I’m pretty much the same. But actually I’ve noticed more and more….he seems to be over complicating things. Talking about players being too young - the prem is too hard. Not quite fit enough - the prem is hard. Arrived late for season - the prem is hard. Can’t play a certain position/forced to...

Just saw Tel’s hat trick. 3 good finishes. Would rather have him up top than Solanke.

Or maybe just needs time in his best position. Bit of a fumble by RDZ so far.

If we get past Cov at home without a win then there will be serious questions. Which is a shame as I think he's been let down by the club a bit but partly his own doing. You cant go into a season with Solanke as your only striker. That is bottom 3 stuff.

All evidence? JPVH got the run around by Jackson but was good in the few games before and was responsible for most of our good build up play. And had 2 clean sheets in the 2 prior games. Tosin has one game under his belt and conceded 3 against a Liverpool makeshift team. I thought he actually...

Sad state of affairs. In work we just said we'd take a draw....which means still no win and 3 points from 6 games.

In the senior management space of business people are paid to make decisions regularly. Usually, most good leaders will make more good than bad, and they can look back and be happy with their work at the end of each year. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single big decision these...

    Sandro Tonali Official

I mentioned Paulinha as he could have been an option to add at low cost if we wanted backup to Bentancur/Fernandes. Nothing to do with goal scoring. RDZ is totally fumbling the Fernandez situation. He should be the first name on the sheet in a deep lying position and then you build round him...

    Dominic Solanke

Just watched Match of the day (like once wasn’t bad enough). My good GHod. Watch the highlight just after half time of him running back trying to keep up with the Villa players. How can running look like such hard work for a professional athlete? And don’t get me started on the control just...

Do you think we could have spent 80 on Fernandes and 100 (or whatever) on a striker maybe? Improve midfield and goal scoring. Fernandes and Bentancur look taylor made for each other. With no Europe, they could have been supported by Gray, Bergval and Gallagher. Or we add Paulinha back in for...

    Roberto De Zerbi *OFFICIAL*

This is how I’ve been speaking about it. It’s execution. No other manager would get any more of a tune out of the players than RDZ got for the first 30 yesterday and against Everton. So then it’s over to the players. Shots need to be on the corners, not straight at the keeper - think Savio...

Agree totally. I wonder if the board/management are aware of how many fans are completely detached from any feeling now. I hate the fact I didn’t even cheer the goals. But I’m not cheering a Gallagher goal when 3-0 down and like you say, the second is almost an insult to finally do something...
