It's all gone a bit quiet again since that teaser we had the other week from Tudor about his progress.

    Championship 2026/27 - Teambuilding

You've got to be fairly brave to be making any firm predictions about what this club's decision-makers will do faced with the likely circumstances. The most extreme stupidity wouldn't surprise me.

    Johan Lange - Sporting Director

Another little nugget that was buried in that ESPN article was a link to another piece containing a story saying that a fortnight or so ago, Ryan Norys (the club's Chief Revenue Officer) was booked to give a talk somewhere in Texas, in which he was due to tell the assembled audience that we were...

Well, I suppose there's nothing to stop him starting his runs from deeper if that's where he can receive the ball, but he's going to come under pressure at some point anyway. The only way round that is you've got to be better—be able to beat your man and get the cross in. Of course, if that's...

I thought Porro on the right wing ahead of Spence ought to work, and still do, really, on the basis that Porro is capable of delivering a decent cross, and I think Spence is a better one-on-one defender, but IIRC, Tudor tried it once and it was terrible....

This passage from the ESPN article linked in the reddit post bears repetition: Tottenham's major issue: They can't pass Usually, soccer is a complex, dynamic game where individual qualities are impossible to extract from the interdependencies of roster construction, managerial instructions and...

    Cristian Romero

Because Kane and Son carried the team for years, and the owners took them for granted, then watched them both leave and made no serious effort to secure adequate replacements for them.

    Johan Lange - Sporting Director

The very minimum we should have done was to recall a couple of our own loanees, if nothing else. The club's behaviour in January was an unforgivable dereliction, in my view.

    Archie Gray

Gray has to continue in midfield, for me. If there is a concern about Danso's passing ability (and I think Steff overstates that, personally), then let Gray come a bit deeper to collect from him if need be.

Gascoigne 1990 would be worth half a dozen Romeros to this side. For such a contribution, he could cry me a river.

    Roberto De Zerbi *OFFICIAL*

I don't hate him at all, but I do think he's one who plays for himself, and I don't think he's had the right attitude, least of all for the situation we're in. He's now one fewer option, regardless, which we could have done without, but I don't think putting Danso there represents a huge...
