Yes that would have a permanent asterisk against it that would be bought up all the time.

    Not that I'm bitter...

I hate having this memory dragged up. I didn’t have a ticket for the game but went out to Madrid anyway on the Sport Options same day in-out flights. Watched it in a bar near the fan zone but that almost didn’t happen because the bar decided the fans were being too loud so switched off the TVs...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

I’m flip flopping so much I should be on a beach somewhere. Trying to gird myself for the worst case scenario whilst trying to be positive as well. If Leeds don’t lose tonight we are in trouble. If they do lose, we have a chance but need to bloody win a game.

    The holiday thread

I’m really not sure. It has been slowly introduced over the last year at various entry points but I think this weekend it was rolled out Europe wide (but not sure tbh). At Frankfurt the machine gates weren’t working so we had to do it at the immigration booth. If we do go to Europe any time...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

Totally random thought/post but when I was at school (back in the dark ages) we called that “Ching Chang Chonga”. Absolutely no idea why. Is that familiar to anyone else?
  6. Glenda's Legs

In typical Spurs fashion we will win at Stamford Bridge but other results will go against us meaning we get relegated anyway.

    Roberto De Zerbi *OFFICIAL*

But, but he did the huddle in front of our fans in Bilbao…. (In fairness that was actually a good move).

    The holiday thread

I think that’s right yes. When I went to Frankfurt in January I had to give my fingerprints and I think they took a photo as well. But if I still have to queue behind everyone who hasn’t been through the process yet then that will be a pain. I’ll stick to long haul for a while longer I think...

Ah right. Thought it sounded familiar....
  12. Glenda's Legs

The *WHEN* we go down thread

I thought the rumour was that he was waiting to see whether we get relegated or not. Relegated and he doesn't join us. (Oh - have I just found a plus point to relegation?).

The *WHEN* we go down thread

Which would be quite ironic, given that one of the big arguments against the Super League was its closed shop set up, with no relegation/promotion.

No. I can’t even read that now. Going to bed will re visit tomorrow.

I have had far too much alcohol to consider that conundrum. I will come back to it tomorrow. Maybe.

Not sure I totally get it, but it sounds a bit “ouch”.

    What’s a “valgus position”?
  18. Glenda's Legs

    +++ OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Sunderland 12th April 2026 +++

Yes that’s where I am now. Maybe I was pitting too much on the new manager bounce and what we were reading on social media. Nothing today made me think we have what it takes but Sunderland away was always going to be difficult so let’s see how we do against Brighton and Wolves - both truly...

    Antonin Kinsky

Thought he looked good today. Huge game for him after Atlético and he did his job well. Can’t blame him for the goal. But I expect Vicario will be back as no 1 once he’s recovered from his surgery.

This is not by any means an excuse for what’s happening on the pitch. But clubs (Sunderland and Saudi Sportswashing Machine) simply should not be allowed to stick all away fans far up in the stands. It’s a PL requirement that every club makes space available for away fans at pitch side and if you can’t easily...
