    Cristian Romero

De zerbi is the right coach for Romero, if he is willing to comply to the high standards and strict formations that de zerbi requires. Both equally hot headed, 50:50 will be great or miserable lol.

    Luka Vuskovic

i already get the feeling that many players are agitating for a move and affecting the team's performance

    Mohammed Kudus

johnson is good chasing down a ball - that's how he earned his reputation and scored many goals for spurs with his nippiness somehow wasn't used that way anyway just having kudus is not enough as he would and did get injured. and we needed to play to johnson's strengths or get another who could...

    Dejan Kulusevski

i did a knee surgery and was off my foot for 2 months and light walking for another 2 and felt i lost a lot of muscle memory not saying kulu can't make it - the question is how much risk are you willing to accomodate to get to top 4.

    Mohammed Kudus

true he doesn't but the coach needed to adapt to a plan B attacking down that side. my take is that johnson was for sale and the club tried not to risk him

    Dejan Kulusevski

not confident with knee injuries and such a looong time out he will have to relearn walking and running and all the basic football stuff, very likely kulu will not be the same

    Mohammed Kudus

we knew that Kulu was going to be out for a long time if it was Kudu - we shouldn't have sold Johnson

    Dejan Kulusevski

i'd try to do both at the same time, not mutually exclusive problems

What was the trigger in our downward trend?

For me it was the THREE transfer windows during the Poch era that went without transfers in. After the CL final management and fans accepted lower and lower quality and the table doesn't lie. The odd cup win is something we have done every decade of so in history with mediocre squads, but even...

    Mohammed Kudus

the issue is that we don't have a backup who can offer a similar impact.

    Dejan Kulusevski

really hope we sell him because we can't afford to take on players with higher probabilities of re-injuring themselves

    Luka Vuskovic

if we don't improve our standings in the league, i won't be surprised to see all our top players agitate for a move and we will be forced to sell at a discount

    James Maddison

yep the writing was on the wall with this one even when he was not injured, he would disappear in the big games its the levy annual relegation team purchase - small team transfer mentality and hopefully its over now with new management

its clear by now that vinai and lange are doing a poor job

He slipped twice - how are boot choices made in this club?

    OMT Spurs v Athletico

i only watched the highlights.... and saw THREE goals due to slipping on the turf the BOOTMAN must be the first to go !

    OMT Spurs v Athletico

Feels like some kind of mentality from last season still exists so I won't be surprised if we win this.
