    Sleep problems

    Have you tried the "military sleep thing"? I find ambient music helps, like Brian ENo music for airports or Bing and Ruth Tomorrow was the golden age. There are loads of 'sleep playlists' online, look for the ambient music ones. Failing that antihistamine helps me. Good luck
