Kings wasn't so much an injury as it was a genetic thing i thought? No cartlidge in his knee wasn't it?

    New Kit?

Footy headlines are usually pretty reliable for kit leaks aren't they?

With a fully fit squad, what's your starting 11/formation?

His value will be rock bottom after a missed season through injury - probably the worst possible time to consider selling him

With a fully fit squad, what's your starting 11/formation?

It was a joke tbf Simons has been anything but consistent so far for us and in terms of quality, on the whole has only shown it in flashes, certainly not matched either Kulu or Maddison in that regard nor in terms of output. He may well grow in to that player but in terms of on-paper quality...

With a fully fit squad, what's your starting 11/formation?

If we could only pick consistent performers we wouldn't be able to field a 5 a side team mate

With a fully fit squad, what's your starting 11/formation?

Maddison is easily our best creative midfielder and best all round passer

With a fully fit squad, what's your starting 11/formation?

Would need to see more of Spence at RB before making that call - shown good promise but only a handful of games there

Would you want to be in the UEFA Conference League next season?

Of course - standard isn't high but it will allow us to give game time to the youngsters/squad players and if we take it seriously in the latter stages it becomes a good chance of adding another trophy, similar to last season. An argument to be made that we'd have benefited as a team more...

    Levy's Plan

Agree on this - i do also agree with the idea they haven't exactly helped themselves with not following through on the big talk at a time when we're in a bad spot

Ok so regarding the point in bold that means the who what where and whys regarding the VdV signing are by the by as the point was wrt track record of the current transfer setup. Regarding the rest, the manager is part of the committee not separate to it - Tapsoba or Mickey - they were on the...

Ange spoke about how transfers were done, a shortlist was identified and drawn up by the club and then they would work together to whittle it down and narrow in on a primary target. I remember there being discussion on here at the time that VDV was the club cheaping out rather than going for...

Lange was in charge of transfers when we signed VDV and Danso so his record there with CBs is pretty decent

The Case for the Attacking play

This is a silly complaint. GK, RB, LB, CB, CB, RW, CAM, CF are all probably set in stone wrt to the first choice player - this leaves LW, where no one is really stepping up to the plate and CM where we have a collection of options that are all of a similar level. Bentancur was probably a sure...

    Xavi Simons

Players often need time to adapt to the league and it's often said that they need at least 6 months to a year to get up to speed if coming from abroad - If we accept that (which we should) then a similar level of patience should be afforded to the manager who, in this case, has to build a team...

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project, Sunday Feb 1 KO - 4.30pm***

No, i think mostly the handbrake on stuff is pretty over stated and what we see for the most part is just poor / inconsistent play from our players. That's not to say we don't try to control or manage the game at different stages.
