The Darren Bent beach all counted right? This was way more minor.

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

He's the only one who can hold the ball up at the moment so hard to take him off when we were getting penned back.

Wondering about Kulu on the left, don't think we've ever seen it?

That goal wasn't his fault, the deflection sent the ball more centrally (iirc) so he couldn't adjust to put it round the post.

    Rodrigo Bentancur

I'm not sure, a couple of times yesterday he tried to be more progressive passing the ball or dribbling it and was caught out.

Amazing how few tackles the pros do each game.

Yeah, it was more the second half, small sample size for sure. It's just when he's on it he's so professional, I don't really have the word for what I mean, can't put my finger on it.

Think Frank deserves a lot of credit for rotating the squad and having the bravery to trust the kids. Udogie looks like an immaculate FB again.

    Rodrigo Bentancur

Watching that it seems like he has either lost mobility or lost confidence in his body. It was terrible when that injury happened, as he looked our best up and coming player back then.

Think we've been decent, hopefully we kick on like we did second half against Brighton.

Porro's pass before the pass to put Gray in (for the equaliser) was superb technique and quick thinking.

A strange kind of player. He has it all but doesn't show it.

**** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Bodo Glimt ****

Think it's important after Ange that we become harder to beat and resilient, and the last few weeks have shown that's improving. Thought Odebert was our best player in the first half and generally did decently. They reminded me of Emery's Villareal that won the Europa, just very hard to get the...

Friedl was another one with great handling. Underrated for us.

To be fair refs also discriminate against the Bryan Gil types, think they need to 'man up' or whatever. They also often don't get deserved free kicks, basically refs struggle to see in the grey areas.

    Richarlison

I saw his overhead kick again recently, great goal.

    Richarlison

People defended him because he was underrated on here, as were most of our English players of that time here. It was (is?) almost like rating an English player was anti-intellectual in some way.

    Richarlison

I thought his hold up play was much improved on Saturday. He progressed attacks 2 or 3 times in the first half which is way above average for him. Given he also scored, I think it is hard to say he had a bad game.

Solanke up top and Muani left might get us to January okay.

Even Muani off the bench rather than Johnson might well have got the job done.
