    Ange departs

There is no chance we lose against Leicester. You're wrong. When things go against you as a club, things just go against you - the 3rd goal against Everton being an example. Forwards miss open goals, defenders score own goals. Refs don't give pens and free kicks etc. We shouldn't lose against...

    The transfer thread

Have to say I don't understand the delay with bringing in a left back, which would be a priority for me, so we can play Djed on the right. Find the best left back in the Championship and pay whatever you need to - it goes against levy's principles but unless we get out of this cycle of losing...

    Scott Munn

I find it very strange how invisible he's been. Not present at the Tamworth game - I didn't see him? Does he even work at Spurs still or is he on unnoficial gardening leave?

    Ange departs

OK didn't see the first half, so no idea why we were so poor. I'm not one to panic but I wonder, would a new manager do any better? If Ange wins the next 3, I say keep him...

Thick skinned, adores a clean sheet...step forward Sean Dyche......

Don't mind the team you propose but you've got the positions of Spence and Porro wrong...

Contingency planning : we've found our guy

I thought Potter would have been the best choice. He knows the league and the value that "game-changing" players (which are in short supply in N17) bring. I haven't a clue about potential managers but presumably Scott Munn is spending considerable amounts of time assessing the stats, playing...

    Financial cost of relegation?

Given our points total, of course moaning is justified, but I meant some of the fans at the Lane who like to slag the players off...

    Financial cost of relegation?

On the plus side, some of the moaners might disappear if we get relegated plus we get to win our home games, plus hopefully be able to get tix for some good away grounds. Look on the bright side!!

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Expensive Stoke***

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Tamworth FC

I should be pleased we are through, but instead I feel flat. We were dreadful in the first 90 minutes and possibly lucky not to have gone out...wait, maybe that is the spark of positivity I need...we didn't get beaten by Tamworth? Gee whiz!

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Tamworth FC

Wouldn't you just love to be there today? I would! You can't beat an awayday and these days away tickets are so so hard to get hold of, which is why we could do with a decent FA cup run. The lucky 800 fans who are there - are they all platinum ST holders or are normal away ST holders there as well?

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Tamworth FC

I suspect that putting money on us to lose this and beat Arsenal might be a good bet........

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

the cheapest ticket in the stadium is £95 Well, if you are a VERY OLD spur, then you get a senior citizen rate. Think tonight's tix are under £40 at normal price?

    ** OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool ** 8.1.25 at 8pm

Not sure why but I am feeling Bergvall's first goal tonight. Not saying we're doomed but if Bergvall injures himself doing a horror tackle and gets a red card... well, the blame has to go somewhere!

Contingency planning : we've found our guy

Apart from being a poor manager, I find him (Ange) a thoroughly vile person. Now that is weird! I suspect it it the opposite of how many feel. Time will tell on Ange, but one thing I do know, when we win at home again, the place will erupt with joy!

Contingency planning : we've found our guy

I want it so stress free there is no point in me even watching the games. I just want to be satisfied with the numbers. Just out of interest, are you a season ticket holder, an occasional visitor to the Lane or an armchair fan?

    Brennan Johnson

I'm a fan of Brennan but he surely missed a sitter in the second half today. My son reckons he aimed to shoot but mibrick it across goal - the way he put his head in his hands told me he knows he should have buried it. But c'est la vie. Good battling team performance, unlucky on the day.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Saudi Sportswashing Machine FC ***

Just home, and for a refreshing change I'm don't feel down. A draw would have been the fair result, but c'est la vie. We may get worse before we get better, but results will come eventually. Great to see Bergvall finally show me what the hype is about. His best game yet by a country mile, and...

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Is it true that 90% of a PL team's success can be correlated with their wage bill? Paying the lowest wages of the top 6 may be "good business" but doesn't strike me as appropriate if you want success. That element is Levy's Achilles heel.
