The 'If You Still Need to Purge Yourself Of Ange' Thread

We have seen wrangles many times over payoffs to managers when they leave a job. If a manager leaves 'by mutual consent' he gets less money than if he is sacked and a club can easily put that 'version' of events out there first when it suits (hence the legal wrangles afterwards if a coach...

The 'If You Still Need to Purge Yourself Of Ange' Thread

To make sure he got his full payoff when he was sacked, so that no-one in the Spurs hierarchy could claim he left 'by mutual consent' or similar..

Champions League 25/26: Dortmund, PSG, Villarreal, Frankfurt, Slavia, Bodø/Glimt, Copenhagen, Monaco

Hmm, so that's why i was able to get seats for myself and my son so easily. He's a junior and is paying about £30....it's not the cheapest. But it is CL i guess. How much do you think it should have been? I'm sure the game against the Czech team will be cheaper..

I totally agree re Udogie and Spence. Why would you not start Muani or Simons though?

Interesting. Does this move suggest a sale is likely within the next 12 months?

***Spurs vs West Ham Untd***, PL, 13th September 2025 at The London Stadium

What: West Ham vs Spurs, PL match When: Saturday 13th September 2025, 17.30pm K.O Where: The London Stadium, Stratford, London Well, need to get back to winning ways. Was it a blessing that West Ham got their first win just before the break, ushering a new "Ange-Era" in the PL whilst doing so...

    Manager Sack Watch

I always think managers who are represented by Jorge Mendes are ALWAYS very calculated about what they do to make sure they never fail to get their compensation payoff..

    Mathys Tel

Great left-foot finish for the first goal. If he can quickly become a player that shoots with either foot he'll become very hard for defenders to second-guess: like when we were at our best when we had Kane, Eriksen or Son shooting regularly with either feet

Talk of Scott Munn possibly joining Ange at Forest.....

    Manager Sack Watch

Well, my popcorn stash is certainly ready. It's going to be such a big contrast in approach. For the Forest players it might be the biggest extreme contrast they'll ever play under

    Manager Sack Watch

Yep. They have seemingly got a great relationship already...who knows, maybe similar disdain for Levy? Will be interesting to see how Ange does there and whether he does better on balance than he did with us. Forest being in the Europa is probably a big attraction for him (and his winning last...

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

I know your views and what you've said about Munn; can you elaborate on why you say the board became a 'joke' because of the presence of Cullen and Collecot?

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Absolutely. As i say happy with infrastructure upgrades. But there is no point in having those infrastructure upgrades if you are not going to use them to make the football team better. So huge gratitude for the infrastructure upgrades but perhaps others should have a go at actually using them...

As i said, it has to be for a reason. No point having that great infrastructure if we are largely going to carry on as we were before
