    I think that’s the key. I’m not sure we make anywhere close to the reported fee if he doesn’t succeed here. We need to get the balance right of being able to shift to Europe if it’s doesn’t work vs reflect the potential upside if it does work out. I’d say £35-40m feels about right, £50m too dear.
