    Ødegaard is smooth and delicate. MGW is less flashy, but is much more direct and in your face. Takes no prisoners. Ødegaard delivers Hollywood passes, while MGW just runs through you. But he's got the skills as well.

    You are so hung up in a dedicated defensive midfielder. If you stack you midfield with workaholics, like gibbs white, bergvall etc, that are equally good in both directions, you don't need a dedicated defensive midfielder. It's all about how the team is set up to play.

    This for me as well. He seems to always be on the move, and never get tired, never give up and always fight for every ball and position. Very good technical and tactical ability and scores goals. I like him a lot! Very good addition! Vinai is cooking, and it's not thin soup!
