***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Expensive Stoke***

We were terrible in the first half so maybe it was just the improvement from a very low base. At least we had some territory in the second half, we just couldn't find the final ball. To their credit the filth defended well.

A lot of kneejerking going on here. We were quite good in the second half? We lost due to one of the worst corner decisions of all time. Move on.

    Lucas Bergvall

Pretty sure he will start, there is a reason he was on the bench yesterday.

They also gave a debut to 16 year old Toni Fernandez the other day who is rated similarly highly. Mad.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

If this is true, why did the home advantage basically disappear during COVID?

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Tamworth FC

Absolutely zero point in starting Austin or Forster. The former only played due to a crisis and the latter has been replaced.

    Radu Drăgușin

His passing is pretty poor. Unsure he's suited to our team but I do like him as a defender and he's still young.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

A sad, pathetic existence lived out by a vapid, talentless Pardew lookalike and some other nobody in a very red jumper. There is a reason I try to avoid these twunts.

    Fraser Forster

Agreed. Plus - the decision to put him in the EL squad instead of Spence has been fully vindicated. But we can still upgrade on him with someone who is more comfortable on the ball.

Tbh think it would be pointless to go out of our way to sign someone in Jan. If we can get a longer-term solution at backup GK then great, otherwise we sign someone for 1-2 games until Vicario is back which seems like a waste of wages and energy. Might as well wait til the summer.

We did what it took to win?

    Fraser Forster

Agreed. It does really show how much we need to upgrade our backup GK though.

    Djed Spence

I do wonder if Ange has been holding him back to see if his change in attitude will really stick. Talent has never been the issue, and just chucking him back in after a few good training sessions may have sent the wrong message. If it's not that then I have no clue, because I agree that he has...

When pragmatism hasn't worked I'm quite happy with this football. If we can replicate our top form consistently we will be one of the greatest teams ever. And if not, at least we'll have had goals to cheer.

Having been to almost every home game that had fans under both manager I vehemently disagree.

Do you remember routinely being 1-0 up under mourinho and conceding in the last minute?

Honestly I might agree with you if we hadn't been forced to watch 3 years of eye-gougingly bad football with the same results.

People said the exact same about Pochettino. Honestly think some people just want to see hoofball, boggy pitches, and chopper Harris ending careers.
