    So nothing to do with import and export tariffs increasing due to being outside the eu, and the increased bureaucracy (which we were told would actually decrease following brexit) making it take longer to get goods and materials through customs. Nothing to do with food production costs massively...

    Apologies yes. I disagree with brexit, but can see the argument for leaving the eu. But the version of brexit that Boris “got done” is both a complete shambles and not actually done yet! and I think the cost of living crisis is directly linked to that outcome albeit it isn’t the only driver.
