    Get a chimney charcoal starter, some good lump charcoal and get some wood chunks, Weber do them I think. Just use around 5 big lumps to start and then experiment with the amount. Get a good BBQ book, Aaron Franklin has a good one. Mainly about offsets but it all applies to a charcoal smoker.

    Been under quasi lockdown since Monday here in Austria. All non essential shops closed, gatherings of more than 5 banned and most businesses are working from home but businesses that are producing can stay open but most building sites have closed.
