    Fixture & Ticket News 2017/18

Been on the wheel of doom and despondency since 10.10. At first seemed to move quite quickly but has now been showing just a tiny segment to go since 10.30!

    Kyle Walker-Peters

i just love the energy he offers when coming on as a sub. He has real pace and I would like to see him given more game time. Difficult though to see how he will with Trippier and Aurier ahead of him in the pecking order

    Harry Winks

I thought Winks was probably the best of the 3 centrally placed midfielders (Wanyama, Winks, Sissoko) up until he made the mistake before the Rochdale goal. In the 2nd half he seemed effected by that mistake and having less influence on the play. I will still surprised that he was substituted...

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Juventus***

Not feeling overly confident tonight. Hoping for a 1-1 draw and would happily take another own goal or scrappy equaliser. Even if we do lose we definitely need to score.

    Ryan Mason

Really really sad news. Was so pleased to see him finally come through under Poch and really disappointed when he left the club. Ironically he was injured when scoring probably his best or at least most important goal for the club at Sunderland and never really got back in the side as a first...

    Fernando Llorente

Terrible first half. Marginally better in 2nd half then missed 2 straightforward chances. Can see why we were trying to get rid in January and can't help thinking that one of our youngsters would be a better option for the rest of the season.

Unofficial Official OMT - Spurs v Newport

Suspect Sissoko will be in there somewhere after not being involved yesterday and probably Rose too

    ***OMT: Mighty Spurs vs ManMour***

What a superb performance last night making the nightmare journey to Wembley last night (thanks Central Line & Metropolitan Line!) all worthwhile. Only just reached my seat in time to see the first goal and many must have missed it due to the tube delays. Our pressing last night was back to the...

    ***OMT: Mighty Spurs vs ManMour***

For all of you proposing teams without Dier, it ain't going to happen. If Dier is fit he always starts

Aurier and he played well on the day. Not played there since though!

OMT *** Tottenham Hotspur v Newport County A.F.C *** FA Cup 4th round

I agree but given the recent quotes from Poch and Kane, I just think they will start

OMT *** Tottenham Hotspur v Newport County A.F.C *** FA Cup 4th round

Think we will go strong for this one as the realisation that we need to start winning things seems to be finally hitting home. Expect Kane and Eriksen to start and a strong bench for insurance and to avoid a replay. Probably something like this: Lloris Trippier, Sanchez, Verts, KWP Wanyama...

    Malcom

If he hasn't been in a Brazil squad, wouldn't we have work permit problems? Or does he have dual nationality. probably Brazil/Portugal

    ***OMT: Mighty Spurs vs Everton***

Great atmosphere at the game yesterday helped by the much faster start than in recent games. What surprised me though was how many people left after the 3rd goal went in with many missing our best goal of the game. By the final whistle well over half of the people in the ground had left early...

    Georges-Kévin NKoudou

I hope this means that we are getting in a replacement for GKN. If not, maybe we will see Edwards at last getting some game time.

    Moussa Sissoko

Thought he played in a very strange position last night. For most of the match he played behind Aurier and just seemed to be there to receive a pass from Sanchez and move the ball onto Aurier. Most of the time there was no need for him to be there as Sanchez could have passed directly to Aurier...

    OMT. Tottenham v Burnley.

This team for me as well, although I suspect that Trippier will replace Foyth on the bench

    Serge Aurier

Yes I also prefer Aurier to Trippier but he certainly does have a mistake in him. My feeling is that if we are playing 3 at the back then Aurier should be the wing back whereas if we are playing 4 at the back then Trippier should be the full back.

    Moussa Sissoko

It was an interesting contrast between the Brighton and Spurs teams when assessing the players ability to immediately bring the ball in control and find players with a pass. The Brighton players were very poor at immediately controlling the ball and I lost count of the number of times they...
