    Dier is basically two players in one though. So you spend £10m replacing him with Van Dijk, then you've got a hole at DM you've got to spend on to fill too, how much is that going to cost? He also allows us to seamlessly switch between three or four at the back during a game, Van Dijk doesn't.

    He's probably a way off starting a high intensity PL game but I think he could have a place as an impact player in games where we're on top and pushing for a goal for example. No relation. Josh Dasilva is another big powerful player, Jay as you say is a bit like Rose but even smaller.

    Nope, Jack Roles has just signed a three year deal and Onomah's 2nd pro contract(which is what this would be if Edwards signs) was for four years.
