    Not just one 19 year old, surely that’s obvious. They have a huge squad, many on such lengthy contracts. It’s unsustainable, and has been widely seen as such. If you genuinely cant see that, then I’m not going to try and change your mind.

So it must be that maybe the work permit has to be reset / reapplied for when the employer changes and therefore a new contract is drawn up., though I can't remember this...
